Happily married to his beautiful wife Katelyn for 10 years. The two have built companies from the ground up, while starting from scratch.
Kaleb enjoys his time with his family more than anything, and has designed his company to allow plenty of time to build lasting memories. Kaleb has one daughter and another baby coming may of 2024.
Kaleb invests in other companies that need some growth capital in exchange for equity, he also brings his experience to help drive the success of companies he invests in.
Kaleb is an auto mechanic who turned into a real estate investor that lives in Carthage Missouri.

He has acquired assets in many different industries giving him valuable experience that he brings to all of his partnerships and coaching students such as, Construction, Multifamily, Medical, Industrial, Food sales, Restaurants, Dry Cleaning, Retail Spaces, Liquor sales, Self Storage, Truck stop, Auto Repair, Auto Sales, Wholesale products, etc.
Kaleb grew up running equipment for his fathers small construction company where he developed strong mechanical and problem solving skills. He used these skills to open his own auto repair and speed shop business at 21 years old. His auto business grew very quickly and he became one of the leaders in the area for technology and advanced diagnostics.
In 2015 Kaleb began acquiring businesses and real estate as he started to step out of the management and operations of his auto business. Kaleb grew his total holdings from $0 to $100,000,000 between 2015 and 2022 by purchasing distressed property that he could apply his skills in operations, management, and problem solving to raise the value and income of everything he acquired.
Kaleb explains his approach by saying "I buy dollar bills for 65 cents". To further explain, if he purchases a $10,000,000 asset based on the after repair value, his needs to be able to purchase and Improve the property for $6,500,000 all in or less. The scale stays the same even if the price changes, this allows him to retain Loan to values in the 50-55% range until he accesses some of that equity to acquire other great deals. Multifamily Cartel is his holding company that is fully integrated. Management, Maintenance, Construction, Leasing, and Dispositions are all handled in house making them one of the leanest operating companies in the real estate space. This gives them a huge advantage over other purchasers that have to rely on the inefficiencies of 3rd party management companies, and vendors that have massive mark ups on labor and materials.
Kaleb is actively growing his holdings in the multifamily space with an active goal of reaching $1 billion in active holdings through his sole company. Kaleb is not a fan of investing through the syndication model because of efficiency loss so Kaleb prefers to retain 100% ownership on all of his deals, but will occasionally bring in private capital to blend with his own cash to help take larger deals down. He secures the private lender as a lien holder for the short term while he renovates the asset and increases the value, then he brings in longterm debt from banks to pay back the private lender. This structure has proven to be safer and more profitable for Kaleb and the investors over syndicating.
Kaleb is known for his ridiculously strong work ethic and ability to complete projects on unrealistic timelines. Sweat equity as he calls it, gives him an unfair advantage in the marketplace and is directly correlated to his huge year over year growth.
in 2021 Kaleb Partnered with Jeremy Butler to Start a membership based consulting and coaching company www.capitalistcartel.com where they consult for over 200 clients. This started as a way for these 2 extremely experienced entrepreneurs to pass their knowledge onto others that are following similar paths as them. Kaleb says "Helping entrepreneurs avoid pitfalls, and scale their businesses is one of the most rewarding things he has ever done".
